The Rye City School District does not discriminate against disabled persons. No person on the basis of a disability shall be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any educational program, employment opportunity or activity which the school district operates as required by Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973. Consistent with this policy, the Superintendent of Schools shall establish Procedures/Programs for disabled persons within the Rye City School District.
