The Superintendent of Schools shall establish and maintain a plan for preserving and making accessible the policies adopted by the Board of Education and the regulations needed to put them into effect.

All manuals distributed to anyone shall remain the property of the Board, and shall be considered as "on loan" to anyone, or any organization, in whose possession they might be at any time. They are subject to recall at any time for updating.

The Board's policy manual shall be considered a public records and will be open for inspection at the district's offices.

The Superintendent shall recall all policy and regulations manuals periodically for purposes of administrative updating and Board review.
